Project: Supply and install HVAC and dust control ducting for potash processing facility

Customer: Lockerbie & Hole/Aecon Mining
Description: Dust control ducting on this project consisted of welded 10 gauge, 3/16 and ¼” plate steel, sandblasted and painted. The HVAC duct and fittings were welded 16 and 14 gauge 316L stainless steel, passivated to be clean of surface carbon left behind from the welding process. All product was fabricated in our Hamilton Shop and shipped, via 82 tractor trailers, to the mining facility, the largest potash processing plant in Saskatchewan. This was Lancaster’s largest project to date.
