Project: Install sheeting on the Roof Monitor at #4 Blast Furnace

Description: Inner sheets and frames were installed at high elevations with Hamilton Bay weather having a significant impact. Work was completed during shutdowns to avoid exposure to furnace exhaust gases. Working closely with our supplier, we obtained acceptance from AMD to use a specialized paint system for their first time. This extended the protection of the sheeting from harsh environmental conditions and provided the owner with lower overall maintenance costs.
